An interesting old hand made large lock knife, possibly of Indian manufacture. Steel body with rivet decorated horn scales has lock release latch to the front top with brass pommel and hinge cover to the front which is stamped to the left side 888. 5” unfullered leaf profile blade showing some manufacturing tool and shaping marks, the whole knife 11” long when open. An interesting knife with a good blade and working locking latch with nice clean split free grip scales.
